"Excellent pork bahn mi however for some odd reason it was EXCEPTIONALLY SALTY, so much so I had to eat it with water, I think just a one off or someone added extra salt? But packed with pork, pate was great too"

"The same banh mi cafe only change the name and layout change! Really love their banhmi, everytime we went there we bought many rolls. I really enjoy the sugar cane in a tall cup. Do try the fresh prawn rice roll, yummy. We were being served by a young lady who was very kind nature and always willing to help with a big smile. Visited twice this week alone while we happened to be in the area, got ourselves another 6 banhmi plus a sugarcane drink."

"Best Bánh mi in Perth . We went yesterday after a recent trip to Vietnam and ordered a roast pork roll , tofu rolls , sugar cane drinks and bubble tea drinks . Honestly all the food was better than what we had in Vietnam . Every time we go here the banh mi is fresh ,crunchy and packed full of goodness - they are amazing."

"The best banh mi place at Newpark Shopping Centre hands down. I've tried three other banh mi vendors at Newpark, visiting multiple times each to give them a fair shot, and I've found Rice and Rolls to be the best tasting and have the most consistent quality. At time of review, they were also $1 cheaper after everywhere else raised their prices."
